Not sure.. my fren booked 1 smallest unit 8xx sf in block A as associate.. he don't know how much psf for his unit also.. only know is around 650psf... lolz

GST will impact residential property price and price will go higher.

as i said earlier, GST is exempted in supply of residential titled property where developers cannot claim the input GST on the goods or services purchased. Hence this not claimable GST will become expense costs and built into the property selling price

We already got the indicated price on our booking form.. but they don't..

I dun think its a good buy for ecosky..not
so good location, no mrt and sky high price.
Marketing hype...

Big duplex is nice if for family. Small duplex is ideal for young couple.

If they really got duplex n if price is not much higher than blk B then I ll consider oso.

Yes like i mentioned before got loft(duplex) and dual key. Majority big units >1000sqf. Info I got now is 750psf, roughly 300-320 units

IMO, for such facilities offered and majority of the sizes are common medium packs of 800-1200+, it would be great idea if they offer duplex for lifestyle living ...
