There have been people who have installed spring buffers to help firm up the suspension, but I don't suppose there is much that can be done short of changing to stiffer springs or shock absorbers.

There are not too many after market performance parts for our car yet unfortunately.

On the day I met the engineer fro Kimchi land, the technical manager who was supposed to support me, also FFK me.

Anyone know where to get floor mats made specially for Cerato?  The one i got from supermarket which i laid on driver floor keep sliding to the front.  The manual said to get floor mats that "firmly attached to the vehicle's floor mat anchors" but so far i haven't came across any...  Any ideas?
*
You can get those coil mats, pre-cut to suit the Cerato. They are many types but choose one with anti-slip soles so that it doesn't move about easily. Most car accessories shops have them in rolls and will cut them to the size and shape that fit your car. You are welcome to PM me if you need help. Thanks

Hi, here to share a message of the POTENT BOOSTER 8-Drive, now still under testing, will launch end of next month, if who will install POTENT BOOSTER 6-Drive maybe can have choice, I heard that POTENT BOOSTER 8-Drive will more 25% torque power than POTENT BOOSTER 6-Drive, and no need press the button to switch Manual or Auto F.H or F.A, just select Sport mode or Racing mode and Racing + mode and just play manual or automatic at same time, but the price will over one thousand......
Thank you.

Hi, this problem first come is the first batch shipped to Malaysia Kia Forte, and Kia change the headlamps for the first batch shipped Kia Forte to settle this problem, that time kia explain is because the relationship between weather, the headlamps in Korea has no use the glue and just clip it only, but in Malaysia must use the glue to protect the headlamp water moisture, malaysia in the morning the weather was hot, cool at night, the fog will invasion headlights. but now Kia Cerato is assembly in malaysia, repeat the problem should not occur, but you can ask for replacement or check whether missing glue at the headlights, otherwise is go the accessories car shop to check the headlamp and repair.
Thank you.

Unlike what ykfnetwork said, it's normal for a new Cerato to have such condensation and it will go away by itself. There is no need to waste your time going to the SC or any accessories shop to get it fixed.

When buying a new car should have been a happy thing, but the new car has a problem, the depot can not really guarantee the quality of the new car,
really helpless.
I suggest you strongly urge kia replaced with new engines or replace another kia car, if  can, requested the forum all kia owner joint for denounce kia
kia car must really face all the problems, so that it could ensure that before or after the kia car owners face more serious problems to be able to fully support, rather than muddling along.

Here praise Perror patience and really give you 10 Like.

If the problem occurs in my car, my personality burst, and not any way to solve a problem or neglected car problem,
I will take the following actions
1.)I will be drift in the kia depot with all the other kia car Knocked bunch , and claim the insurance.
2.)Self destroy the car at other place do like road accident and claim the insurance.
3.)Let the car unexplained disappearances and claim the insurance.
4.)Sold the car and buy other car, even if that loss
Need to know buy a new car, in addition of every month loan , for a period from one to nine years,
face of old car is better than new, tears really flow in the heart, car owner will really mad, and might will make incredible things happen.
Thank you.

Hi, just got the Cerato 2.0 5 days ago, fantastic car!

By the way, found the GPS a little less user friendly, so I added PAPAGO X8.5, so far working well, no more annoying volume change when navigating, and can get monthly free & easy map update from http://www.malfreemaps.com/

For those interested to try it, can download from
http://www.mediafire.com/download/893gyqs2...PAPAGO+X8.5.zip

just unzipped and copy the folder into GPS's SD card, then go to APPS>OPTION>SYSTEM to change Navigator Path to
\STORAGE CARD\PAPAGO X8.5\NAVI.EXE

next go to AUDIO>ADVANCE setting, set Navigator volume to +10 and Radio volume to -5, then start from Navigation button and enjoy it. Can always change back to Speednavi by changing the Navigator Path.

I've tried several option of Garmin XT but fail, just wonder anyone have successfully install it and like to share it.
