Been studying WMC's Travel category, wondering how to utilize the cb.... seems like all our toll payments are eligible!

some other useful spending areas that i can think of .... without doing actual travelling/buying tickets/etc lah

for rhb.....

ibk = internet banking via web portal

mbk = mobile banking via app

yes, the other RM50 cb can be ANY combination of spending (grocery/online/ewallet/utilities)

not bad, theoretically can get RM90++ cb

a bit tough to maximize Travel category (max RM500 for RM30 cb)

some ideas:

1) stop using tng rfid and switch to tng card/smarttag. reload at tng hubs, over the counter, not the kiosk
2) beneficial to heavy grabcar usage. charge directly to wmc, not deduct from grabpay
3) beneficial to klang valley users, charge all your Tolls to wmc
4) of course some other spendings eg agoda/airbnb/klook/etc

assuming 3500 is fully 100% spending/consumption

since this is RHB Shell card...

1) statement total spend was 2400, which put you in tier 2 @ 2% cb for Online category

2) eligible transactions was 2200, which put your cb = 44 = 2200 * 2%

3) as expected, tng pin purchase from rhb portal does not give you cb (you didnt get 0.4 cb under Others category??), but good enough as filler spend
