Anybody received cashback for Everyday Deals Q4 2023 (non-Ecomm)?

Serious? What's the transaction description?

I ask because I got nothing, despite some utilities/government transactions on Thursdays. If it already qualify for Tier 1 Ecomm, is it excluded from the daily MCC reward? I know the loophole has been closed for Q1 2024, but for Q3 2023 and before, I could stack 2 cashbacks (Tier 1 Ecomm + Utility/Government spend on Thursday).

Are you going to raise this with RHB? They are excluding online transactions for qualifying MCCs, which is not in line with their own T&Cs. They only made it clear that the qualifying MCCs for daily everyday spend category is OFFLINE ONLY from the Q1 2024 T&C.

How many eligible online spend did you have? If you minus that our and only include offline transactions, does it tally?

In my case, it's clear cut. I received the Ecomm cashback as expected, but I got zero Everyday Deals cashback.

Moreover, the quota for utilities/government (RM800 / RM10 = 80 pax) spending is more than the quote for Ecomm Tier 1 (RM1,200 / RM16 = 75 pax).

My RHB Shell Visa card credit limit increase was REJECTED!

I went in to RHB branch to submit the required documentation.

I applied for limit increase from RM6k. Yes, my existing CL is just RM6k cause RHB Shell Visa was my first credit card back in April 2021. I applied to increase to RM15k.

I have got cards with up to RM40k limit currently, have been prompt with my repayment for all credit obligations, my salary has gone up nearly 3x from when I initially applied for the RHB Shell Visa card back in April 2021. Other banks like SCB and Citibank were giving me CL of RM60k within the past 12 months and I had to call them to reduce the CL as I was uncomfortable with such high CLs.

If their reasoning of rejecting was because of high utilization on my RHB Shell Visa card, then it's dumb. The CL is so low.

In the mean while, HLB has approved my CL increases THREE TIMES in the last 18 months.

When can get to know the everyday online 20 percent cashback?

3) as expected, tng pin purchase from rhb portal does not give you cb (you didnt get 0.4 cb under Others category??), but good enough as filler spend 

Anyone experienced cashback (Cashback Everyday) miscalculation again this month? I called CS last month and got the adjusted cashback. This month, they still calculated wrongly... Plan to call customer service again...

Wrote wrongly. I meant Cashback Bonus miscalculated. Too many types of cashback, petrol, bonus, every day. Hahaha... Dunno what is cashback every day

My statement date is on the 19th of every month and I noticed over the last few of months, transaction on 17th will only be posted on the 19th - thus not counted as spending for that statement month.  Missed the > RM2,500 tier a couple of months.  Transactions done on other dates will be posted on the following day without fail.  Anyone has similar observation? 

Lesson learnt - will meet the >RM2500 tier 3 days before statement date  moving forward.    BTW - it's for Shell card.

Hi, wanna ask, for the Shell card, both the conventional and Islamic will have independent monthly cashback quota right? Meaning if I spend 2.5k including 420 at Shell station for each card, I will get RM100 cashback for each card respectively ya?

Coz now I'm having the VS + Shell card, wanna see if it's worth to cancel the VS and apply the Shell Islamic instead.

Does triggering Secure key approval in RHB App qualifies a transaction as Online? Asking in reference for Shopeepay saved card reloading. Not even sure if Shopeepay reload goes through directly or will it trigger Approval in RHB App
