Overseas don't rely on authorization. At least you blocked the card fast enough. I wonder if bank is able to prevent posting from going through.

RHB got card blocking feature. But once you block, i think cannot even use for offline until you unblock it. I tried before, block and unblock, card still usable, don't need to be replaced.

Posting : Usually T+1, sometimes T+2. Anything beyond that is delay from the merchant. Posting must be done before statement is generated, regardless when it's reflected in the app.

Reflected : T+2 and T+3 respectively.
