It's been in their T&C since day 1.0 over a year ago. RHB follow their system time, whereas banks like Public Bank don't.

Holding higher tiered cards == indicates your status in society. Visa Infinite is one of the highest tiered card in most banks. Holding it means you earn a minimum of its required income each year. If everyone can pledge FD, then no meaning already.

I don't have own terminal, but i think i won full with Offline spends. Haven't count yet. Full == on days i spend, i won. Not entire 92 days.

If you didn't win anything at all, then your timing is wrong or amount too small. If you won a little, then probably your amount is too small but timing is mostly correct.

As far as i know, early settlement for RHB is free.

I think she was hit by this :
In the event that the Cardmember(s) choose to terminate his/her credit card/-i or do an early settlement
of the CX, the Cardmember(s) will not be charged with any early exit fee. However, the Cardmember(s)
will be charged the total amount owed to RHB, which includes the outstanding principal and interest/actual
management fee as final payment.

This is one of the T&C I found. She should check the one applicable for her.

Maybe she should try contact RHB and see if she can get some discounts. We usually take anything that's 0% interest & fee.

Correct. Only no penalty for early settlement but interest still pay in full.

I think Public Bank will charge some penalty but not sure how the interest goes. Have to read T&C.
