Got ambiguous response from RHB that Q2 eCOM has been paid to my card. I don't see any credit limit increase nor do I know "has been" == today or some day ago. Have to check at 4am later.

I always utilize cashbacks to offset payment. If I don't have memory leak, only HSBC doesn't allow that - that was back in 2018. Now I don't know.

The part that's difficult to understand is combining eCOM into non-eCOM. After messing up Q1 non-eCOM, I knew Q2 will be harder to argue IF they miss payment.

Not Level 1 fault. They just levitate the case to the respective team, and respective team just reply via 66300. I have no one to talk to at all.
