My case with RHB is still ongoing but probably due to BNM's interference, they respond quite well. One of the officers called me today and ensure everything will be removed from my CCRIS soon. If it's still there after her confirmation, I can call to her direct line to escalate.

It's true that RHB cards will remain in CCRIS despite cancelled ages ago. Suggest those cancelled their RHB cards to check their CCRIS to avoid similar incident like mine.

Called to cancel my RHB credit card and also received call to confirm the cancellation.

However, I can still view the card details on RHB Now. Called customer service and they told me this is normal and my card has been cancelled.

How to make sure my card has really been cancelled?

Oh you filled up, I didn't. And I didn't know can collect from branch.
Anyway, RHB CS returned my call after I dropped them an email last Friday... At least now I know where my cards will be sent to and in fact already sent out on 4th March, so still waiting for branch to call me and my statement date is 22nd for both cards.

I applied through easy rhb and i asked them to send it to my home

Approved on Monday, today card arrive at branch

cashxcess can be done thru RHB mobile apps. just a few clicks the money is in, no need to go thru rhb personnel
