I received CB as expected for my RHB Shell Visa (statement date = 24th of the month).

statement on 26th just came.

Can confirm no cashback credited.

Will call them tomorrow just to file a case although I think all said 30th will credit.

I guess they want you to be a card holder longer since most will cancel due to the lousy cash back

I only received cashback bonus & petrol for my statement date on 12th.
I had spent extra 250 for utilities & 500 for online/ewallet after 8th but did not receive additional cashback 10+10.

Less than RM1000 then no CB.
Need to spend >RM1000 but if <RM2000, then utilities 1% and ewallet 1%

Means the monthly total spend for after 8th Sept cannot include spending before 8th?

Hi, wanna to ask about RHB Shell card.

I see that the local utilities spend min RM250 to get cash back of RM10 (max) per category.

So is that means local utilities spend 1 time must RM250? OR can accumulative spend example like RM100 (Electric) and RM150 (telco bill) with total up RM250 spend?

i think something is not right with the system
after 22nd aug i have my CB then only 29th aug i only used the card until 7th sep for the new rate system, since the new rate start from 9th sep. In between, I didn't have any petrol transcation until 13rd sep.
But on 22th sep I have the CB on petro i.e. RM4.3 for that petrol transcation on 13rd sep  i.e. RM35.85.
Seems like the system still follow the old rate system. Firstly, I still have my CB on 22th and secondly, if is it the new rate system, how come I have my CB after 9th sep for petro? So now how shall I spend the card with the old or new rate?
