DAI for RHB is 0.99% for 6 months. That's quite low and very interesting.

Planning to get basic RHB CC.

Any suggestions ?

If submit 2 years EPF statements & IC, should it be Sufficient ?

If I were you, will cancel the card smile.gif

Reason I wanna apply this RHB CC is because of "rhb dial an installment" with 0.99% for 6 month.

I think is the lowest rate available or is there any CC can beat this hmm.gif

by the way, how do you know rhb is not keen to waive the af? as per the rhb staff informed, they will waive with just 3 swipes per year.

I'm using this Dial-An-Installment plan also.... it's best to call after the Statement is posted.
This way you get additional ~50 days before you pay the first installment. A tip from the RHB CS smile.gif

Meaning
1. Purchase item (RM5k) on 1 May 2015
2. Statement release on 30 May 2015
3. Call RHB on 31 May 2015 to convert RM5k as DAI ?

Am I right so far ?

You can convert to DAI once the transaction has been posted in the Unbilled Transactions.
Refer to my earlier recommendation when to call to convert

Note also your BonusPoints credited earlier will be deducted out and given back based on the Monthly Installment charges on Statement Date.

The new system now shows 2 amounts for each DAI transaction : Principal & Interest
Bonus Point is given on the Principal amount, which is lesser. Refer below example :-

Eg. My RM1000 transaction converted to DAI
Principal : RM165.50
Interest : RM2.82

Total Bonus points will be given is lesser than actual amount (993 points vs 1000 points)

How they break down, I don't know and the CS also not sure... but the Total (Principal+Interest) is correct based on 0.99% one-time fee.
