already 1 week dont have any news from RHB..i dont have any loan thats the reason why my cc take time too approve???

rhb is like that. i also didn't hear any news and when i thought my application must have been denied, out of nowhere one day about 2 weeks later i received a statement with rm50 gst charge, only i know my cc already approved.

i already email rhb about this and received sms from rhb (regret to inform that we have yet to receive any credit card application under your name.Please liase with the sales/branch where your application).huh poor service.tomorrow morning i must go to rhb first and settle about this and i want my application n copy ic back this serious matter no joke i scared if someone staff copy my ic like this.serious if they dont want process my application let me know.serious shit rhb. ....

Just got my rhb platinum card today, but why it comes together with the islamic platinum card also?

Do I need to cancel the islamic platinum card if not needed?

If you do not want the card, get it removed. Either you lodge a complaint on the agent as this is unlawful or send a request to get it terminated.

did the agent inform you that you will get another gift if you signed up for 2 cards with him/her? if not, he/she must have swallowed your free gift as well.

Yup, I guessed the agent ticked another card for me. No more GST and annual fee waived for the 2 cards for first year right? No harm keeping if that's the case
