Design wise quite similar to Yoobao Long March. Notice the charging rate is 1800. Very good i must say. My Long March 2A charges @ 900 only.

yup... design about the same. on the back, the Anker does not have that 'groove' that Long March has. Anker is totally flat front and back.
ya, i noticed my Long March also gives only about 1000 reading. but it could be due to cable as i tried with different cables and got different results. the best is of course to use the short one that comes with the Long March.

Nice one. Yes 2A are hard to find after the Long March. So far my Long March has not given me problems, but I got one Yoobao 13k (the one with the Transformer logo) and another 15600. I opened up the 13k and it showed good quality cells rated at 2600mAh, and according to calculations it is genuine capacity. Haven't tested my 15600 yet. One of brotan's posts before said actually a higher charge out rate will cause much higher drain from the powerbank than normal. Perhaps this is why the current generation of power banks do not have 2A outputs. I've been reading up a bit on DC conversion electronics

ya, read that article somewhere. in fact, Anker documentation sayd to expect about 30% loss due to conversion, heat, etc... so yes, they are being very upfront and professional about it. very transparent.
i edited my earlier post to also mention that total paid was rm162.65. it was the time when RM suddenly dropped against the USD about 2-3 weeks back.
