It will be at Cyberjaya City Centre. Not sure 5 star hotel though. Does ciber needs that? Le Meridien ll be built at IOI city mall there.

Chu yuk already there but i think many ppls want more like SS2 lol. This is a "relative" questions. More is hard to define.

For MNC staff who come for meeting or conference?

As an IT hub, it need a convention centre to hold big events, like microsoft tech-Ed, oracle world, sap ASAG or Ted talk conference...
Now These events only held in klcc...

Already planning to go visit ioi city mall. rclxms.gif

Don't see much happenings in Dpulze yet. Still same bare windows when I pass by. Hope it will open soon.

IOI city mall too far away... 15-20 min drive from symphony hills... preferred nearer shopping mall.. like gem in mall and dpulze is good enough....

i think possibility centrus open first, and dpulze still not open...

said end of oct, then first week of nov, then now b4 xmas..... later said b4 CNY, then and so and so... ended up, developer chao lou, abandon mall.. lolz...

The three-storey shopping mall or Centrus Mall will take up about 147,650 sq ft in total gross area. One of the floors will house the IT and multimedia products to cater to the young people, particularly the Gen Y population residing, studying and working in Cyberjaya.

The retail suites around the shopping mall will be open for sale and their sizes range from 1,572 to 1,732 sq ft.

2015? Thn sure paus open liau. So diz centrus mall is like lowyat plaza sellin it and computer stuffs.

its difficult to tell who open first, as u see, Dpulze delayed since 1Q until now 4Q, and still unknown date... anything can happen... so nothing is for sure?? haha...

have you witness any mall opening? is it possible announce a day before opening? or maybe they need a few days/weeks notice before opening?

just visit CBJ last 2 day. Spending 5 hour there. Disapponted.


CBJ look likes Putrajaya.

Very different if compare with PJ/Subang/Puchong/Damansara. Dunno why, just feel very diff.......mayb need more time to prove...

noone said cbj is comparable to those mature places yet
similarly if u were in Kota Damansara 7 years back u would say the place ghost-town

if unable to hold for 5, 10 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 years, go elsewhere... dont buy in cbj... overnight profit investment, can try your luck at genting... cbj only for patient buyer..

Besides that, possible discuss whats the impact on HSR if really construct at putrajaya??
