how big is the plot.? if 900+ unit 3 acre plot is very high density!

tak tahu bro i havent visit their sales gallery yet.....do check ...macam officially not prima...but half half like that...prolly MK worry if sell as full prima very hard get buyer in such location kot....

Id say its very good deal for young grads for their 1st home if no clause attach such as cant rent out or sell within XX years....

Depends on you bro...any project got pros and cons....if u want low density be prepared to pay higher maintenance fee like me kena...100++ unit in crescent 2 maintenance fee rm365 per month laugh.gif

Look at it this way...as a result of high density and no swimming pool or gym.,...then the maintenance fee monthly confirm gonna be very2 low....its affordable housing with affordable maintenance fee....what more could you ask for...

My wife bought an apartment in Shah Alam also like this...i say to her what for pool or gym monthly pay rm250-400++

i dont think more than 3-4 times in a year we will be using that.... biggrin.gif

Sterling prima aka MK land like to give big discount (under constr + bumi)...so prolly net per unit only ard rm250k-260k....quite good deal there...

yahp what you say is betul. anyway i saw this MKland projek on mudah, picture got swimming pool!
For me I don't mind pay more if low density , my personal preference is for low density.
this MKland project i don't think is low density, the selling price is low, surely got somethinglike 100 unit per acre or more wan.

but anyway my point is that cannot just look at 900+ unit less than 1000 unit then say it's lower density because density is unit divide by acre mah.

My area's maint fee is 18c/mth, with density 13 units /acre.
