Means income for those working in cyberjaya is high compared to the property price in cyberjaya.

All taikors here...need a bit of advice

With limited bullet, i need to consider quite thoroughly and carefully. The story is I booked SH Schubert about 3 weeks ago. After that only I've realized that there are many nice landed development in Cyberjaya. sweat.gif doh.gif

So in order not to regret my decision, need some opinions. This property will be own stay. Need it quick, move in within 6 mths -1 year. So beside the nice neighbourhood, I'm also considering whether the property is value for money & also long term appreciation.

Base on thethe following, I've ruled out Sejati & Areca. Contemplating between the other 4.... and also open to suggestion.... ANY opinions and advises? Thks notworthy.gif

1) Sejati Residence (Out of budget)
2) Areca Cotempo Homes (Out of consideration coz construction not even started)
3) Mansion Park
4) Trillium
5) Setia Eco Glades
6) Symphony Hills
7) Summerglades

Thanks to all the comments. My only gripe on Schubert is the land size.....1744sf. only. It is a landed property after all.... Oh, and the internal unit layout, not so well thought but i think that could be rectify by ID.

Anyway, I guess i'm just worrying too much. Quick quick VP and i can moving in already..... rclxms.gif

you can go to see some already completed since you want quick move
seeing is best; since you want good neighbourhood and what is future around you
just drive around.
i think SH is not bad both location and developer.

Think you made a great decision in choosing Symphony Hills as I think it is easily among the best developments along with Eco Glades and Mirage by the Lake.  thumbup.gif

I stay & work in PJ/KL. I've just booked a landed in Cyberjaya 3 weeks ago. Why? Coz i think of my future. I'm close to 40. I dont want to live in a gridlock city anymore. I prefer quality of life. MRT or no MRT, doesnt matter to me but with MRT, people would definitely live in cyberjaya & travel to work.

There are so many big players (SP Setia, UEMS, IJM, Sime Darby, Mah Sing, Emkay, Paramount, EcoWorld) developing down south. They cant be all stupid & wrong. Bangi, Semenyih, Cyberjaya, Nilai & Seremban. Out of all these area, cyberjaya is a preferred choice for mid upper income group for various reason such as safety, nice environment, established infra, types of society and unique housing products.

As of you point of why Cyberview stop giving out housing development, you have to understand how a township work. It has to strike a balance between residential & housing units. I believe the master developer has studied the mix and at current stage, the residential percentage is high enough and it's time for other type of components to come in to make the township sustainable.

Just my 2 cents of opinions..... cheers
