One of my colleagues just bought an unit in SEG also.
Not because of MNC, schools etc, mainly because of MEX to KLCC is conv + excellent living environment.

more soho, more highrise, more density, more student.. this is opposite EcoGlades

still no news on mnc but plenty of new soho n colleges.. with so many soho, is this sustainable?

not sure if u follow up the news of cyberjaya...but pulsate will train 3000 data scientist/analyst by 2020. BUt this is still peanut compare to the upcoming VP highrise blink.gif

anyhow, cyber fans like me, soros bro, noble bro & etc etc....all of us are not working in cyber...to me i believe back to the nature, house is a shelter for ppl to stay in, as long as the environment is good & safe...ppl will slowly move in..

mnc company is a good element or catalyst for cyber, but cyber is not merely rely on that.

I like the former comment. However, for the latter, Cyberjaya is really targeting Asia Pacific market which means MNC. It rely a lot of MNCs and local MSC status companies to be successful.

Another thing is, our government has put too much money into it to make it a failure. In the past 10 years, they claimed that they are building the infrastructure and commercial premises. It also couldn't hide the fact that only both Cyberview and Setia Haruman were monoplying the development of Cyberjaya, which doesn't really quite workout. they had started open up the development to private developers. Look at the list of the private developers who are stepping in SP Setia, Mah Sing, Villamas, Gadang, Teeland and many more. They are not fools! Cyberjaya will be a hit in the future... it's not a distant future too...

btw, does anyone aware that, unlike putrajaya, cyberjaya is not a halal township. This would mean there're chinese foods & bar in cyberjaya currently. there will be a chinese school in 2+ years time too.

I am interested with a few properties in Cyberjaya... Feel hard to make a choice. What's the rental like in Cyberjaya currently? I just heard that a 963sq ft condo is renting out RM2000 with partly furnished.

We wont buy cyber if there is no alcohol and pork allowed. Cyber has ll now except the SRJK (c ) that yet to be built.

I am already here for more than 10 yrs... seeing more and more Soho coming up, I dont know how soho market can sustain..

That's why we never recommend ppl to buy studio, soho, sofo, soh@(i).....
Only landed and always landed, especially the one that is F/H with good concept and great accessibilities.
Think abt it again, a condo in Bkt Jalil is asking for Rm 1mil, it makes the SEG 26x95 LV Rm 1.1mil+ relatively cheap!

We knew it since 2012 lor..... pubs, porks are not restricted in Cyber!
There are even massage centres in cyber shaftbury square!
Apa-apa pun ada, except SRJK C hasnt been built yet.

I am talking about highrise... if want to talk about landed, any suburb below 1 mil also consider cheap..

WE bought cyber mainly because of F/H, good living environment, great accessibilities, reasonable price and upcoming township (whole development in klang valley moving south that's why you see kajang, semenyih, bangi all coming up).
MNC factors, silicon valley etc - never in our consideration at day 1 as we never believe the gov's plan.
