i didnt know my fren was searching cyberjaya until he told me he bought it....not bcos of mnc, school...bla bla bla...he just likes the environment.

i also like the environment in CBJ.. i heard Segi College going to built campus there..

One of my colleagues just bought an unit in SEG also.
Not because of MNC, schools etc, mainly because of MEX to KLCC is conv + excellent living environment.

with more college students "international students" little increase of professional workforce (some company in cbj is downsizing due to stiff competition from other country), potential multiple vacant highrise in cbj, more highrise than landed..

I am cyber buyer, my opinion is cyber will be one of the best city within 5 years.

I used to work in cyber but I leave there at 2011, 2013 i go back...i saw many changes and the place is growing rapidly.

I asked 10 ex-coll, 9 out of 10 said cyber is a good place to stay and they believe cyber will become a good city. security wise, there not many place in klang valley, u walk on the street, u wont feel like kena snatch anytime...(not believe me? check with your fren who work in cyber)

its ok for those who not look good at cyber, once D'pulze (the 1st shopping mall in cyber with cinema) completed, those who never visit cyber will pay a visit to cyber so they can feel the environment

it will be more or less like Publika environment, feng shui master can cheat u 10 years...D'pulze wil start operate before 2015, 1.5years only...can check if I am talk big

not sure if u follow up the news of cyberjaya...but pulsate will train 3000 data scientist/analyst by 2020. BUt this is still peanut compare to the upcoming VP highrise

anyhow, cyber fans like me, soros bro, noble bro & etc etc....all of us are not working in cyber...to me i believe back to the nature, house is a shelter for ppl to stay in, as long as the environment is good & safe...ppl will slowly move in..

mnc company is a good element or catalyst for cyber, but cyber is not merely rely on that.

btw, does anyone aware that, unlike putrajaya, cyberjaya is not a halal township. This would mean there're chinese foods & bar in cyberjaya currently. there will be a chinese school in 2+ years time too.

I like the former comment. However, for the latter, Cyberjaya is really targeting Asia Pacific market which means MNC. It rely a lot of MNCs and local MSC status companies to be successful.

Another thing is, our government has put too much money into it to make it a failure. In the past 10 years, they claimed that they are building the infrastructure and commercial premises. It also couldn't hide the fact that only both Cyberview and Setia Haruman were monoplying the development of Cyberjaya, which doesn't really quite workout. they had started open up the development to private developers. Look at the list of the private developers who are stepping in SP Setia, Mah Sing, Villamas, Gadang, Teeland and many more. They are not fools! Cyberjaya will be a hit in the future... it's not a distant future too...

That's why we never recommend ppl to buy studio, soho, sofo, soh@(i).....
Only landed and always landed, especially the one that is F/H with good concept and great accessibilities.
Think abt it again, a condo in Bkt Jalil is asking for Rm 1mil, it makes the SEG 26x95 LV Rm 1.1mil+ relatively cheap!
