Anyway, from the photo taken by zstan, really damn lousy view. Probably the location is slightly far away from Shinjuku & surrounding highrises areas. I think Tokyo Tower & Ropponggi Tower probably still having the best view of Tokyo skyline  hmm.gif

Even Sydney tower view having superb skyline view of the small city  biggrin.gif ..and yeah much cheaper bcos the A$63 ticket covered 4 other attrations i.e Sydney zoo, Aquariums (2) & Madam Taussud was museum  smile.gif

Best view of tokyo SkyTree are not from Top. Are from Bottom to Up.
Best Location are brows.gif brows.gif

I like Yokohama's Landmark Tower cause 1 side can see the sea, 1 side Mt Fuji and 1 side the city

Already confirmed my stay with Best Western Shinjuku for 10 nights in mid of February, gonna use that as a base. Itinerary wise will be the usual tourist attraction and maybe two days trip to Yokohama and Hakone.

As this is a trip for relaxing therefore won't be packing tight schedule, free and easy tour around Tokyo for food and maybe some shopping. Hopefully won't be expecting a lot of rain during this period.

Anyone here heading Tokyo in February? I'm departing from 12th to 22nd.

Travel Agency will be RM3500 - 5500. I recommended Apple Tour Agency.

Self Tour. RM3000 Above depend how luxury you want to stay.

nope.. if you have really done a really detailed research (up to the point of using Google Street View to get your directions), you won't really have to ask for directions.

Dont worryla. If you did your research, you will be okay. I hardly ask for direction and I am doing ok. Manage to enjoy Tokyo for 10 days without using travel agent.

Hi people I've been following this forum just in case I'll be going to Japan.I really enjoyed the senior members' explanation and answers throughout this forum.
This 30th Ill be heading out to Japan (from KL to KIX) for about a week.Since this is my first time going to Japan,I wanna go to the mainstream places first. The cities that I'll be visiting would be Osaka and Tokyo.I haven't done my itinerary yet,can any of the senior members suggest to me where and what are the best places that I should visit?
