Although there was big preview event last weekend in Nexus, agents were already taking bookings 3+ weeks ago. Anyone bought during that time? Was it much lower than 500psf?

I booked a unit there (for investment- flipping or re-selling) and now thinking to cancel it  ... I am worrying it will be very difficult to rent it out because there're so many condos around especially UOA phase 2 consist of 2066 units are coming up! What are your views Si Fu?
