Level 23A was open for booking since Friday. By the way, booked unit 23a-03. Was aiming for 16-03 but unfortunately by the time I was there at around 10:15am on Friday, that unit was already taken up. My personal preference was unit 3(overlooking pool and kl view).

Any other fellow lyners booked a unit here ? Any information on the number of parking lot allocated n etc?

which unit u booked? only 1 parking lot? thought would be able to get minimum 2. Btw, is this confirmed information?

Hi, i hv booked a unit too, however, I am kinda worry about the density. UOA 2000 unit plus Maxim Citylights 1338 units 

IMHO, this project would favour for own stay or capital appreciation for long run. If u plan to rent out that will be tough as other condo around comes with 2 car parks. Eg: Maxim Citilights. If i would want to rent a place, i would go for 2 car parks. every family these days have at least 2 Cars. Car parks is becoming an issue in high rise residents. Anyways this is what I think no offence to others,
