1. RM520+ psf is not that cheap considering the location. Heard that nearby condo is selling less than RM520 psf 2. Location so so, not that it is near to the KTM or expected MRT station
So, what is so attractive of sentul village. taikors, please enligthen me please.

You choose a unit, pay rm10k and do comparison next 2-3mths. If dont like or think its expensive or no loan, just cancel and get refunded and penalty only rm300. . Another word you pay rm300 to have a choice. Applicable to many projects without APDL.

IMHO, this project would favour for own stay or capital appreciation for long run. If u plan to rent out that will be tough as other condo around comes with 2 car parks. Eg: Maxim Citilights. If i would want to rent a place, i would go for 2 car parks. every family these days have at least 2 Cars. Car parks is becoming an issue in high rise residents. Anyways this is what I think no offence to others,
