The booking today at Nexus not bad. 7 or 8 floors open. South and east gone. Layout similar to south bank. L shape. 5+1 lift for 18units per floor. Net about 520psf.
Around 470 units in 2.5acre.

The agents started taking bookings 2+ weeks ago for certain floors. They didn't increase much the price now at nexus. If decide to cancel, rm10k deposit return minus rm300 admin fee.

For this phase about 2.5acre, 462 units. Subsequent phase 2066 units. Thats why they launch at reasonable 500+psf and will increase as they launch later blocks. Own stay fine but for investment u have to compete with 2000+

You choose a unit, pay rm10k and do comparison next 2-3mths. If dont like or think its expensive or no loan, just cancel and get refunded and penalty only rm300. . Another word you pay rm300 to have a choice. Applicable to many projects without APDL.

Although there was big preview event last weekend in Nexus, agents were already taking bookings 3+ weeks ago. Anyone bought during that time? Was it much lower than 500psf?

From google earth, there are 2 ponds opposite the site. Are there oxidation ponds?
