420psf? i called SA told me unit left now is selling 460psf with 2 car parks.

Maxim developer can trust? I hv bought their another project at Cheras, they do thing very slow. Have been told second 10% hv to pay right after CNY, but now no news at all. At least UOA, reputable developer. M2C, correct me if i am wrong.

You are right Pee Pee!!!! U0A can trust if you remember their Setapak Green. Many owner sign the petition, remember? If you forgot it I can share more here.
