Level 23A was open for booking since Friday. . Was aiming for 16-03 but unfortunately by the time I was there at around 10:15am on Friday, that unit was already taken up. My personal preference was unit 3(overlooking pool and kl view).

Any other fellow lyners booked a unit here ? Any information on the number of parking lot allocated n etc?

Mine is 948sf facing pool and kl view (east)
Around 523psf(if I remember correctly, should be around there) as mine is on the 24th floor aka 23a.

What I like about UOA property is that they maintain it well and they don't just rent out the shops on the lower floor to anyone. They are quite strict about it. My bro purchased an UOA property few years back n have seen this personaly.

Oh sorry... Its 533psf.. If I'm not mistaken, the west view n north view is 20k cheaper and each floor higher, an incremental of 1k applies.

u calculate based on before 55k discount or after? something seems not right with ur price.

Had a chat with a few sales personnel. Seems like east n south facing units all taken up. Only west n north facing units available.

Phase 1 is kinda separated from phase 2 and phase 3... It's almost like a standalone tower by itself.

Any update on the apdl status of this project ?

Worried about the density ? I believe phase should be a safer bet. If for own stay or long term investment, I guess should be just about right. What floor n unit is urs ?

Average around 500++psf after discount.

Seems like that's the trend nowadays. High density is the name of the game. Land seems to be scare especially in kl. If for long term investment, I guess it should be ok.
