My one is 2X floor, the carpark was allocated by developer, dont think the agent knows anything about that...

thats why i love UOA, its highlighted in most of their other property SNP; 99% of African are using student permit to stay in malaysia... so our property value are secured with this house rules.....

one is sentul , the other one is setapak, totally meaningless to do a comparison...

and yes... Most of UOA projects is not allow to rent to "Foreign Student" , its stated in your SNP ...

not allow to rent to foreign student is good enough already, most of the african is holding the student pass to enter malaysia, very rare to find an african expats here... I do not see issues with this house rule.

The link bridge or mall is promoted by the agents and not UOA, even the agent who served me already told me everything is yet to be confirmed. If anybody really believe 100% without any doubts & bought it because of these rumors, then is the problems of their own intelligent...


And to be fair we should only compare with the near by condos like one sentul, maxim or awarni...
