QUOTE(tekoo @ Jun 12 2016, 05:53 PM) HDA property meaning the housing/residential project is individual/strata title and has to follow Schedule G/H (to protect buyer interest)For commercial title, they don't have a schedule to follow, normally set by themselves |

QUOTE(tekoo @ Jun 12 2016, 05:53 PM) Developer name it as service apartment is because of they build residential property on top of commercial land, mostly upper part is condo and lower part is shoplot. If develop non residential type property then it will be name as so#o. |

QUOTE(Zaci @ Jun 13 2016, 11:20 PM) Boss, Officially no of course, but no harm preparing those documents to avoid missing the 3% rebateCan sign bank offer letter before APDL? If not, when would we know our car park number? 14 days could be short in case you miss out some docs Did you buy your unit through your agent? It's better you consult with your agent on that matter This post has been edited by imsolifeless: Jun 13 2016, 11:29 PM |

QUOTE(Zaci @ Jun 13 2016, 11:20 PM) Boss, can, but no recommended, u have no clear advantage of doing so. if they take forever to get APDL, and u decided to cancel the purchase, then u would get penalty by bank, usually 1% of loan amount, read the offer letter carefully. Can sign bank offer letter before APDL? Do we get to pick our car park number when we pick unit number? If not, when would we know our car park number? just apply loan, then ask the loan officer to keep on extend the offer. This post has been edited by lamode: Jun 13 2016, 11:30 PM |

I have booked a unit too, 743 sqft for 2B2B. Wonder why facing poolview unit is more popular, I chosen the one facing Sentul Village as I thought facing poolview will be noisy during evening. Did I make a wrong choice?
