It's commercial title under HDA. Loan unto 90%.
Electricity rate is follow commercial.

Agreed. WTH is the "15% discount" for???? Give lah more rebate and furnishing.

I met one of the mortgage loan executives today - a clueless young guy who dunno how to calculate other forms of income other than basic salary and fixed allowance, and thus refuse to take them into account.

I'm considering cancelling my booking. There are other projects that offer zero downpayment.

I dunno ... nett should be less than 400k for OneMaxim 3 rooms 819sf, that was the price presented to me previously ...
nevertheless, i didn't take up the OneMaxim unit as I thought supply will outstrip demand along that stretch of Jalan Sentul Pasar, with Sky Awani, OneMaxim, Maxim Citylight, Sentul phase 1 and 2, OneSentul.... easily 5k units along a 2km stretch.... shocking.gif shocking.gif

Dunno about this particular project but I used to stay in a "serviced suites" before. Water bill is minimum RM36 per month.
