"Officially" you cant before APDL, but you can start to prepare your documents
and just wait for their calls

Boss,

Can sign bank offer letter before APDL?

Do we get to pick our car park number when we pick unit number? If not, when would we know our car park number?

Officially no of course, but no harm preparing those documents to avoid missing the 3% rebate
14 days could be short in case you miss out some docs
Did you buy your unit through your agent? It's better you consult with your agent on that matter

I haven't bought a unit - that's why I ask u first lah.

can, but no recommended, u have no clear advantage of doing so. if they take forever to get APDL, and u decided to cancel the purchase, then u would get penalty by bank, usually 1% of loan amount, read the offer letter carefully.

just apply loan, then ask the loan officer to keep on extend the offer.

Thank you. Very useful advice.

entry point not so good.

booking 5k,

another 5% upon sign S&P.

.

if booking 5k and "0" upon sign snp then will put my booking on this. hehe

Agreed. WTH is the "15% discount" for???? Give lah more rebate and furnishing.

I met one of the mortgage loan executives today - a clueless young guy who dunno how to calculate other forms of income other than basic salary and fixed allowance, and thus refuse to take them into account.

I'm considering cancelling my booking. There are other projects that offer zero downpayment.
