Total 2352 units on 12.86 acres on land
Sentul Village (Phase 1) is separated from this project

The main highlight on this project is affordable/cheap
Targeting young working ppl

Confirmed: AEON bought the land opposite
If the shopping mall is built, it will be a great highlight as there is none in that area

Agreed with you. The price for this project < RM 500 psf for majority of the units.
Currently, KL needs projects suitable for low income groups, young working couple, fresh graduate

Nevertheless, this area is expected to become more established in the future
There are many amenities nearby, just lack of a shopping mall, which is currently proposed to be located opposite this project
Which means appreciation opportunity especially when you have such low entry cost

pool facing units are very hot
booked units are mainly 850sqft and 1001sqft

HDA property meaning the housing/residential project is individual/strata title and has to follow Schedule G/H (to protect buyer interest)

For commercial title, they don't have a schedule to follow, normally set by themselves

Officially no of course, but no harm preparing those documents to avoid missing the 3% rebate
14 days could be short in case you miss out some docs
Did you buy your unit through your agent? It's better you consult with your agent on that matter
