Total 2352 units on 12.86 acres on land
Sentul Village (Phase 1) is separated from this project The main highlight on this project is affordable/cheap Targeting young working ppl Confirmed: AEON bought the land opposite If the shopping mall is built, it will be a great highlight as there is none in that area |

QUOTE(Looi90 @ Jun 5 2016, 09:46 PM) Due to market response is soft, I think this is why UOA planned for lower psf and price for this phase, in order to made up for first phase owners not to feel water fish, they plan this phase 2 to be denser at 2300 , it is something like contingency plan somehow I feel Agreed with you. The price for this project < RM 500 psf for majority of the units.Currently, KL needs projects suitable for low income groups, young working couple, fresh graduate Nevertheless, this area is expected to become more established in the future There are many amenities nearby, just lack of a shopping mall, which is currently proposed to be located opposite this project Which means appreciation opportunity especially when you have such low entry cost |

QUOTE(Zaci @ Jun 13 2016, 11:20 PM) Boss, Officially no of course, but no harm preparing those documents to avoid missing the 3% rebateCan sign bank offer letter before APDL? Do we get to pick our car park number when we pick unit number? If not, when would we know our car park number? 14 days could be short in case you miss out some docs Did you buy your unit through your agent? It's better you consult with your agent on that matter This post has been edited by imsolifeless: Jun 13 2016, 11:29 PM |

QUOTE(Coralee89 @ Jun 14 2016, 12:17 PM) I have booked a unit too, 743 sqft for 2B2B. Wonder why facing poolview unit is more popular, I chosen the one facing Sentul Village as I thought facing poolview will be noisy during evening. Did I make a wrong choice? Congratz on your purchase!Noise I think still bearable, some distance there (big land) A young couple who bought told me they want pool view so they can stare what ppl doing down there and the landscape I guess its up to you |

QUOTE(Vector88 @ Jun 15 2016, 12:55 PM) Thats about 60k or around 15% higher than OneMaxim across the road. Y didn't u consider One Maxim? BU almost identical, 1cp also, but downside is LH for One Maxim. Price psf not much differentSentul Point is <5% higher in terms of psf (taking 850 sqft vs 811 sqft for 23rd floor) Freehold vs Leasehold |
