Agreed with you. The price for this project < RM 500 psf for majority of the units.
Currently, KL needs projects suitable for low income groups, young working couple, fresh graduate
Nevertheless, this area is expected to become more established in the future
There are many amenities nearby, just lack of a shopping mall, which is currently proposed to be located opposite this project
Which means appreciation opportunity especially when you have such low entry cost
