For 1st phase late comer need to pay for 10% down payment after discount. That is just for the sake of push up the selling price instead of helping to lower down the entry cost.

Before i booked the unit agent told me is 5% that the only option    after tht the 0% thing only came out

I already book an unit before launching and signed S&P on last week, I paid 5% deposit, and I was told the 3% rebate will only get on VP date. But now I went show unit, the agent there said the 3% rebate can get now, which mean now buyer only need to pay 2% deposit instead of 5%! not fair!

The price around RM420k after all discount and rebate, higher price for the higher level
The developer only cover SPA legal fee, loan legal fees and stamp duty need to bear yourself (around 5-6k)

Mind to share regret in terms of? Too high floor or booked it too early?

I'm a first time buyer here. Just want to check, since some was offered 3% now some like myself offered 3% rebate only during VP, how do we make sure the developer really give us back the rebate during VP? Is there a letter or anything? I didn't see it stated in the S&P either.

Is it true that so far only 1000sf comes with 2CP?

According to my lawyer, the developer will issue an official letter later on the deferred 3% payment upon VP.
