The Asus memo pad hd7 suits you....
Samsung nexus 10?

But if you need the pen input, then the note 10.1 is a good choice..... But be earned that the build quality of the note 10.1 is rather pathetic.....

The MemoPad HD7, ME173X, not the old ME172V.

Tab 3 only has a dual core CPU instead of a quad core inside the Asus....

Any idea the Sony Xperia z? Good? Need a reliable mode. Note 2014 is kind of expensive. Any idea?

yes around RM620, Lenovo A3000 is an affordable 7-inch dual sim tablet phone with quad-core and is supported by 1 GB of working memory and comes with 16GB internal storage. But mostly, I treat it as a big size dual sim phone rather than tablet laugh.gif

1. Brand. (prefer mainstream brand)
2. Budget. (below 650)
3. Specs. (best money can buy, smooth if possible)
4. What you need in the tablet. (Casual browsing/movie/Gaming. business, call, messages,* technically a big phone 7"* )

Hi,

If I wait until next year Jan, would the price drop to <RM399, as I plan to buy for my 2+ yrs old kid for casual use.

Probably 2nd hand as I doubt the manufacturer will let the price drop that low. They'll most likely replace the model with another one at the same price point or something. I suggest you go for 2nd hand units if you don't mind, you could even find a Nexus 7 at that price actually smile.gif
