Any idea the Sony Xperia z? Good? Need a reliable mode. Note 2014 is kind of expensive. Any idea?

Ask your friend top-up to RM849 for Nexus 10.

Reason to buy:
- Nexus brand from Google (made by Samsung)
- Promise update to latest Android KitKat 4.4
- High-Pixel Screen Resolution same to Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)

- 2GB RAM + Powerful DualCore Processors = Buttery Smooth
- XDA Community support (CustomRom+Kernel)
- 9000mAh battery
- Front-facing Speaker

Reason that you may concern:
- 16GB and Non-expandable storage

Normally cheapest will bring shorter battery life. is the shorter battery life serve the purpose of the tethering?
Your main idea is to have a tablet / a tethering gadget?
