wow i hear that the grand lobby for block 1,2 and 3 only

then another small lobby is for block 4

is it real ah ? damn studio unit got better entrance compare to the SA

can someone clarify ah

Already got first lelong unit as posted here: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=93117093

Whether or not this place will turn into lelong house like those project along Jalan Ampang, will need to wait at least 6 months more and above to draw conclusion. But I doubt will have many lelong units from here. Maybe only 1 or 2 units in a year.

Only those that the owners are trying to sell themselves.

Anything else under any agents they won't entertain any sales at under RM320k.

2 months (agak for maintenance & etc)

Same case with Fennel, people q overnight to get a unit.... Just gave 5 minutes to make a choice with 30k booking... Cancel booking then will forfeit 30k...
Now many investor willing to sell at snp price....

Yes Block A, B, C shares 1 "grand lobby", block D has it's own lobby area. If not mistaken, block D was supposed to be a hotel initially, hence the different lobby area. Both lobby area look good, so to me it doesn't make much difference.
