You have abundant choices within 1-2km of B28. Shamelin Star, Sky Residence, V Residence (Sunway), Laville, Amaya, Sky Vista Residence (Best in Pandan Perdna for me, best city view at the peak of Perdana). Very Strategic location to Kl golden triangle town area and lot jalan can pusing if you know the way, and most of the main road nearby this area has been reconstruction and wider lot ! Really look good and clean wide now... Last time look like low cost area, now is feel more premium area haha... mostly Chinese around this area, even I found out use waze from 28Blvd to Sunway velocity/Ikea area is about 3.2-3.8km only, to Pavilion waze show just around 5-5.6km, For me Is quite a suitable place to stay/invest as the demand is high and surrounding area is also keep upgrading...one thing surprise me is the building status is very fast for such massive project and the developer is with good reputation and solid building quality as I know..
P.s I'm not a property agent or get any profit from this,. Just my 2 cents... |
