Propcafe has its preview session this weekend...i think they collaborate with one of the agents. They r giving Impartial Review Deck at the spot wor....after seeing the pro n con of review deck..how many ll place their cheque? Lol...Eeemmmmn..

Jus came back from the preview session with propcafe review. Alot insight wass presented and shared. Agency also showed a lot great info not jus this proj but other info like the video on the journey from newly completed besraya link to kl sentral. PropCafe review is very independent and not sided to developer at all. All the bad points were highlighted together with the good one. Hardly see this sort of materials in the preview session which normally only good good good bbb info.

We believe it will be more challenging to receive the same returns as 28BLVD on account of the much higher prices, greater competition, with three developments pretty much neighbouring each other, and the busyness of the vicinity. Pandan Perdana is a highly mature neighbourhood which is a short distance away but offers a much more residential nature. The lake is incomparable and the 60-plus acre Pudu Ulu park nearby cements the more natural and comfortable living environment it offers in comparison to the metal jungle of the other two developments. Of course, there will be those who like the pulse of constant energy and choose to live in those projects. And there will be those who like something less hectic with more balance in terms of living environment. Do check out the sales gallery and show units if you have yet to. It will be an eye opener, we assure you. |
