how much can rent for a studio unit here ? there is not many commercial activities or shopping mall or public transport.

better go for a proper 2 bed or 3 bed room, good for family to stay

just wonder is the road coming out from the condo will be extended to 4 lanes (2 lane each side) ? now in the morning the traffic also quite heavy

for me studio must depends on location

i.e LRT, near commercial/ office building.

if not, nobody will pay > RM1000 for a studio...
