Nadayu 28 rental is about rm1500 per room. rental in sunway is very expensive. those apartments owned by sunway...condition a bit run down...still rented at rm800 per person.. |

Do u know how much rhe investors bought last time before boasting how much they u sold now?? So wat Sunway, the price increases could be due to low cost or medium cost apartment unrelated to Geo

Came across this being the only thread on BayRock.
I seen a few BayRock being sold at ~4.6m, seems decent fro that location and size. Any idea how much was the launch/developer sold for? Also is that area freehold or lease hold? |
