Likely there is only one which selling 4.6m at some reasons, and being posted multiple times only.

And which area in Sunway, the ex- mining land is actually freehold?

Nearby Geo groceries also not sure got sell sundries like Spinach or not. Kindly validate & consider twice b4 commit.

Also this price can buy two FH bungalows of 6k+ sqft BU at Bkt Rimau.

It depends. Not necessarily true when a big land has FH & LH.

For Sunway it is special because you're comparing/competing against same land title.

I think you had Geo residence not Bay Rocks. It is a JV wit Mitsui. Sometimes, outperform just happen when one has lower expectation on the returns.
