SH Is made from shang hai china.
HT is made from taiwan.

ANyone here is using 64gb from taiwan?

Yes, require unlock bootloader and for warranty void it depends. When you unlock bootloader, it stated there "MAY VOID" which means if the problem is not caused by unlocking bootloader, you still can claim warranty.
