i found a small white dot dead pixel on the screen, can i exchange a new one? i went back to the seller he said under the HTC T&C if only have more than 11 dead pixel only can claim warranty.

he got a developer unlocked version... so that unit should be the first to get the updates... as most of us here bought our units from carriers... we have to wait for our carriers to pass their own testing before releasing via OTA.

that's only for US, not in Msia, no such thing for international unlock version, it directly from HTC, not through carriers

yes, i was able to exchange even with 1 dead pixel..

but do make sure whether it is a stuck pixel or dead pixel.. stuck pixel usually can be fixed..

Sharing my experince regarding car charger. Something to keep in mind when you guys searching for one.

I bought a Griffin car charger to charge my HTC One. One port is detected as "USB Charger" and the other is detected as "AC Charger". The phone rejected the USB charger port and for the AC Charger port, it only able to draw around 0.2-0.3A max (in deepsleep mode)
