QUOTE(nkdin_rulez @ Jun 3 2013, 03:15 PM) anyone got the 4.2.2 update yet? I received a notification that says "System Update is available. Tap to download the system update". Is this the 4.2.2? Anyone else received this notification, and has anyone updated their system? Any feedback on the new system update?

QUOTE(rayfoo @ Jun 3 2013, 08:19 PM) what is your current version? 4.1.2 I clicked on the notification, and apparently this update is a "system update", not a software update. This system update is just 17mb and contains system enhancement and bug fixes. Am I the only one that receives this update notification?

After reading about how sand and dust can cause scratches even on corning gorrilla glass 2, I'm thinking of getting a screen protector. But I dont like the matt or anti-fingerprint SP because it reduces the screen visibility and quality. I prefer the clear ones, but many clear SP leaves oily fingerprint smudges. The gorilla glass 2 hardly leaves any fingerprint, which is very good.
What screen protector do you recommend for HTC one? Is there any CLEAR screen protector that doesn't leave oily pringerprint smudges on the screen?

QUOTE(hengmy @ Jun 16 2013, 03:37 PM) i dont use screen protector for almost 2 years and dint get any scratch, but i do avoid sand and key to contact with the phone. As tough as gorilla glass is, seems like some people has had the screen of their htc one scratched: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2322336Many of them dont even know how the scratches got there, so it must be dust or tiny particles of sand flying about. Funny how sharp metals like knife and keys wont scratch the screen, but tiny dust and sand could. Im thinking of getting a screen protector, but i hate how the (clear) screen protector always leaves fingerprints and smudges on the screen. The matte version is out of the question because it degrades the screen quality too much.
