Current big rubbish dump site own by Vincent Tan is just behind Pasar Borong Selayang, near to EkoSky and LV Abt 400 Lorry carry rubbish in and out daily.. Yes, cause the dump site still can increase processing capacity and have bigger land to support more rubbish. VT want to get more rubbish projects.. 550k++ with 2CP apartment near to big rubbish dumpsite ? Ppl buy maybe coz price cheap for investment/own stay and fr reputable developer possible offset the health and pollution risk?
