Which big roundbout? Lakeville is next to tmn wayu jln kuching near selayang and jinjang.

Doesn't matter if selayang or kepong or etc...

Dpc is kepong and MK was part of segambut? But what set these places apart from the rest is partly due to the quality of the neighbourhood within its vicinity.

So, the question for this lakeville project is - whether it's neighbourhood is good enough? The quality of neighbourhood can make or break a condo prospect.

i heard lakeville location is quiet good. is jus the nearby neighbourhood so-so .

Yes dpc is kepong. Mk is segambut. tongue.gif traditionally both not good location. But due to the brilliant effort of samling and sunrise they became premium locations over the years. So the question is Lakeville will it be the next dpc or mk. Will it e transformed ?

I don't think got the land or primary developer to transform the area. The area such as mk, dpc and bangsar south can be transformed mainly due to the primary developer own the adjacent land for them to plan and develope.

But come'on, kL address with good access, next to lake and reputable developer selling below 600psf. Apa lagi you mau?

600k can get bigger than 1000 sft unit? I thought its 700psf. And its leasehold right? Anyway I plan to drop by the sales office to check it out, altho personally I don't fancy that location, and too many units for this.

haha haha !!! I totally support on your perspective !!! Many people like to comment, not good location, price too high ... bla bla bla ... but i always wondering, can we get something that is perfect? Perfect location, perfect pricing and perfect on everything. There is always give and take.

Is always my wish too ... to get something in mont kiara or bangsar area for less than 300psf ... but ... that is just a dream !!! haha

You can still get mk subsale 700psf mid size units. For eg casa Kiara 1. Even new residensi sefina was launch with 700 PSF.

For sub sale , any freebies? Is legal fees , loan etc absorbed? Think there are some hidden costs

Yes that is downside of buy subsale.

BTW lakeville pricing is below 600psf after discount so 570k gets a 2+1 bed 9oo++ sft unit. Not too bad actually , a decent starter home for mid income group who wsnt to stay around that area . a lot cheaper than Eco sky.

3 years from now , probably the price will be the same or appreciate , no one knows. Only time will tell if this is a good living location given its surroundings and proposed Mrt 2. Btw, notice that the workers are working days n nights. Shop lots are taking shape

Yup agree, at least we know there won't be any land for development in that area. Foresee, it will be kinda convenient to go eco sky , tesco , the green park near kiara east, Kepong for foods or mrt to other places

There is a lack of upmarket condo in that area, so lv and ecosky covers that niche. I think there will be new access road to connect to jln kepong near brem mall so those r the positives.

Inote that i think Khai yin at GoodPlace.my once wrote "buy the worst house in a good location, not the best house in a poor location", also to note that one can get a old house or newer townhouse at tmn wahyu or kip park there such as villamas for 700k.
