Anyway:-
1. Incinerator sure will impact appreciation of the property that nearby. The nearest the biggest impact
2. Incinerator should not build in the proposed area as it's close to many residential areas. Although the argument from government is move away to further from town will increase the operation cost such as logistic cost.

I don't think got the land or primary developer to transform the area. The area such as mk, dpc and bangsar south can be transformed mainly due to the primary developer own the adjacent land for them to plan and develope.

But come'on, kL address with good access, next to lake and reputable developer selling below 600psf. Apa lagi you mau?

Exactly every person wil have different expectation of fully furnish. So I guess you will get what is listed in brochure or snp. For me I consider this is half furnished but ofcoz the sa can say whatever they want
