If not mistaken , MS staffs mentioned that the utilities will be conversion into residential rate .But quit rent (cukai tanah) would be commercial .

hi all, i also in mid of applying loan. i heard all of you guess share about sharing commission, may i know how it is calculated as i am newbies to the property.

how does it work? this looks just like DIBS. Maybe developer doesn't drawdown from buyers' loan at all, wait until VP then only bill the remainder?
isn't this banned by BNM already as it's a similar scheme to DIBS?

Apparently if the dev'a cash flow not strong under this strategy , concerns the project would be delayed / suspended. Hope this is not happening
