So cheap with 13% rebate... MS now is selling cheaper and cheaper... and no down payment is required, compared to last year launch...

Very disappointed with their marketing strategy...... the earlier you buy, the more you loss....

Yaya, although the selling price shown increased, if you have the price chart earlier(with earlier purchase 5% rebate) and now (13% rebate). With comparison with the nett price after discount, you will find out that for many units, the price now is cheaper. Somemore, if you get now, the cash advance required is lesser, this indirectly representing the interests can be earned and the opportunity cost.. Aiya.. should write something to MS to complain about their lousy marketing strategy.

I reckon its market sentiment that is making the price go lower and not MS's marketing strategy. Any sane marketing department would know for sure that early buyers would be put off by this sort of strategy.

Based on MS's current actions, it can be seen that they are expecting market response for Lakeville (project to project basis and not general sense) to be slower moving forward instead of hotter moving forward. Early adopters can still rejoice though as the they still have some paper gain, but not so much anymore la.

Now i find it need to walk quite bit of distance. My car park is at 6th floor. I need to walk to the lift then go down to 1st floor, reach the link bridge then only walk to my unit..
Mine unit is at 1st floor.
If for some lives above 7th floor, then they need to take another lift to their units.
Coz the link bridge at most to 7th floor only. Correct me if i'm wrong. smile.gif

I can't remember well. If not mistaken the link bridges are at 3,5,7,9 floor.
Of course no way you can expect a link bridge to your unit if you're staying 20th floor right? sweat.gif

In your case, yea you'll need to
1. Park your car at 6th floor
2. Walk down to 5th floor by staircase
3. Walk over to your tower via link bridge
4. Take an elevator to 1st Floor

By the way my unit is Tower B 20th Floor, car park at 5th floor.
I don't see a problem.
