Hi, if my salary consist of basic + shift allowance and the shift allowance is at range from rm450 to 540 per month, is it better to fill in the fixed allowance column or non fixed allowance column on the application form? and how much is the value i need to fill in?

Usually, the Bank will Refer to Your EPF 1st ... FYI, now you can Apply Credit Card with just submit Ic & EPF print out only
If Your EPF already shown You Earn $2.5k p.m or EPF Contribution $275 = Basic Salary +Shift Allowance ),
Then It should Ok just put NIL for Allowance... smile.gif
If Your Apps have Met Their Requirement, Sure the Bank Will Grant a Credit Card to You biggrin.gif

Good Luck with Application... wink.gif

I call to CS to check on this matter and I am be informed that because i change my service telco so i cant receive my msos code via sms even thought i still use same number. Due to this reason, they need to update vendor for this info and I need to wait ard 2 hr enable to receive the msos code.

They may even require EPF statement from you.
