today just go KLCC maybank branch to apply for this card, but customer service(sit table one) there told me that my basic salary not yet reach 2.5K and require me to bring my degree cert and 6 months bank statement, although my basic salary 2.1K + allowance alrdy exceed 2.5K. And she don't look really friendly when i asking more about it. Anyone can advice on it? I thought i already work 3 years and no more in fresh graduate level but still require to see my degree cert? I alrdy prepare my epf statement to prove i earn more than 2.5K per month but she did not ask for it.

not yet try other branch, becoz i heard if go maybankcard centre can process faster, but the KLCC one look like branch only, not maybankcard centre. Not one working there only, today i just take the ticket number from counter and wait for my turn.

cimb, but i also have a saving account with maybank for 3 years, sometime i just use it for online shopping or pay insurance. When she request me to get 6 months bank statement from cimb, i ask her whether it is free of charge and she say yes

Hi, if my salary consist of basic + shift allowance and the shift allowance is at range from rm450 to 540 per month, is it better to fill in the fixed allowance column or non fixed allowance column on the application form? and how much is the value i need to fill in?

i got no OT allowance, this one is shift allowance becoz i working on 24 hours shift. my epf contribution is basic + shift allowance and usually over 275 per month, only got one month is less than 275 becoz that month i not work on shift, but total up one year alrdy earn more than 30K.

this tuesday I just go apply this card at menara maybank 1st floor and submit my 3 month payslip and epf statement, the lady there mention 1 or 2 day will get application result from them by phone call.

today about 12am i just call their 1300 number to check on the result and get inform that i not success. Btw, is there any way to find out what is the reason of application not success? Try to ask the guy on the phone just now but get reply that he dont know and not authorize to know...lol. Maybe will try ask again by phone tomorrow...as i know some company customer service operate until 12AM only, after that the customer call is handle by another department...
