Mont Kiara will be served under Sri Hartamas station. The station site was located around the sewage site facing Jalan Kiara 4 junction. So this station was a 1 stone hit 2 bird solution serving both Mont Kiara and Desa Sri Hartamas commercial shoplots

Just beside the penchala link flyover and shell petrol station. The sewage facilities was sandwich between Jalan Desa Kiara and Jalan Sri Hartamas 22

MRT Corp update the latest version of the MRT3 alignment after the public inspection period

TLDR got changes on provisional station:
1) Provisional to Non Provisional/Permament Station
- Bukit Kiara (suggested station site at Sprint Kerinchi Link Exit 2305 next to Pusat Sains Negara/National Science Park)
- Kampung Puah
- AU2
2) Non Provisional/Permament to Provisional Station
- Taman Hillview
- 1 Provisional Station (Kompleks Duta name being dropped)
- 1 additional provisional station between former Kompleks Duta provisional station and Titiwangsa situated around Bukit Tunku/Kenny Hill just beside Jalan Kuching

I hope government can allocate funds to make the 500m range all elevated walkway. Rather than use vans around station.

No more passing MBPJ territory. The MRT3 alignment are 90% DBKL and 10% MPAJ. The nearest station to the MBPJ territory are UM station nearby PPUM area

Only if every LRT/MRT station has an adjoining multi-storey car parks with connecting link bridge....

PJ people very against MRT 3... Now looks like they got wanted.

Provisional station No. 08 was added in the latest version of the MRT 3 alignment.



It appears to be on a vacant piece of land on Bukit Tunku, with the only landmarks nearby being the Institut Kefahaman Islam Malaysia and a small commercial area. Only logical reason I can think of to place a station there would be future higher density development on the said vacant land.

Need more MRTs after MRT3. Provide more drop points and coverage.

MRT1 already reach it max capacity. Hard to get in even after 4 rounds during peak hour. 😵

MRT2 soon will reach it peak like MRT1. Maybe another 5-10 years. After many condos & development along this line completed. 😥

At the same time you can notice the Station 7 was the former Kompleks Duta station that has turned to Provisional and even the station name being dropped

thats why said some msians are very short sighted......i can understand why they anti KIDEX.....but for MRT development they also opposed it, then really speechless......later all tis pipu better dun complaint why the road is getting more congested......

PJ area people all don't relay on public transportation???

But from my observation.... Those with higher ups gotten biggest hand involvement.....

Those lower groups that staying in all those PKNS flats would be affected.....
