Thx for the project timeline.
From this table, l interprete that:
(1) 2032 is 8 years from now(if no more delay).
(2) Also it is estimated to take 6 years (from its construction starting year) to operation (again, if no more delay).

KVMRT Line 1 (Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line) was originally scheduled to be completed in 2017 , but it was delayed due to various factors, the line eventually opened in 2017.
KVMRT Line 2 (Putrajaya Line) was expected to be completed in 2022, but the opening has been pushed back to 2023.

Quite good...

Given that MRT3 will be in operation 2032-2035, what' are your strategies to invest in properties (with walking distance to MRT3 station)?
This is an open ended question. Any genuine opinion is welcome. I would like to learn from everyone.

Anyone, pls no trolling. Thx

if you look at the rental web like ibilik, the hot demand area is still in the MRT Kajang line, MRT Putrajaya still didnt catch up the ridership.

I would say the good one are not far from the MRT interchange to CBD area.

Near to MRT usually good food store and mini market, amenities shouldn't be much an issue.

Some station design really questionable, take example the Kuchai station

-No multiple storey carpark.
-only one access with small pedestrian bridge.

And it was an interchange station? should be accessible to multiple underground tunnel or more pedestrian bridge.

many parties / people to blame...

not solely on them also...

if we dig more... it's would go into political discussion, which LYN Admin won't like esp in Property Talk Related topic. RWI might be good place to talk all these political stuff on MRT route, train types / size etc.

non of these stations actually next to any sizeable land. unless someone get creative doing an urban renewal, prop potential is limited.
